The trade-offs you need to know
Here is the thing about high-density heating: power density is everything. If you cram high wattage into a short tube, you get a massive heat flux. That’s great for speed, but it puts a lot of stress on the quartz. If you go for a high-voltage setup to shave seconds off your cycle time, you have to make sure your cooling fans can actually keep up. If they can’t, the heat soak will fry your electronics. It’s a delicate balance.
